 Ruth was born in Oregon, U.S.A., but

 spent much of her childhood in Peru,

 South America, where her parents

 served as Christian missionaries.

 Ruth likes to work in pencil, water-

 color (transparent and opaque)

  and acrylic.  She has also worked in

  gouache, pastels, pastel pencils,

  pen and ink, oil and colored pencil.

    Create artwork that will raise people’s

    awareness of God’s beautiful creation

    and bring glory to Him

Accomplishments

• Sold paintings, drawings and watercolor cards in gift shops of  Oregon
• Displayed art in ‘The Paint and Palette Art Gallery’ of Hillsboro, Oregon
• Displays are in ‘The Gray Dawn Gallery’ of Vernonia, Oregon
• Won numerous ribbons and awards at local art shows, fairs and college
• Created pencil illustrations for two books
